Wheatgrass Smoothie

Makes 1 serving.  15 minutes to prepare

1 banana

1 handful of Wheatgrass

1/3 cup orange juice concentrate

1/3 cup frozen berries

1 handful of fresh spinach (optional)

2 cups soy milk

1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt

Sprig of mint for garnish

 

In a blender, combine the above ingredients.  Enjoy!
