We grow our high quality sprouted grasses – Alfalfa, Red Clover, Radish, Onion and Broccoli – using only purified water and harvest them at the moment of optimum freshness. Our sprouts make crisp, juicy and flavorful additions to salads, burritos or sandwiches. Red Clover, Broccoli and Onion are great in omelets as well.
Alfalfa – Top your sandwich with crisp, fluffy alfalfa or soak it with dressing in a fresh salad. For a tasty dip, blend a handful of alfalfa in a food processor with one whole pitted avocado, lemon juice, garlic and parsley.
Red Clover sprouts are bigger and crunchier than alfalfa, with a slightly stronger taste. Toss into a salad or omelet, or roll into a tortilla with salsa.
Radish sprouts are hot and zesty! Add color to an Asian style salad or cole slaw. Spruce up sandwiches or egg rolls.
Onion – These delicate green and white strands are loaded with fresh onion flavor. Sprinkled on raw and cooked foods, they provide the essence of onion with the hassle of chopping. No More Tears!
Broccoli sprouts and microgreens are perfect and full flavored. Just put them in or on everything!
Our sprouts are an excellent source of vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, fiber, beta-carotene, iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, lutein, folate, and chlorophyll. They boost the immune system and also support cardiovascular health and build bones.
